S-N-O-W isn't a nice four letter word up here CT! Between that and the bitter cold I'm ready for spring.

I'm with you, Tan. Snow is intollerable, but this bitter cold spell is really getting to me. We were twenty degrees below our normal high yesterday, and no end to it in sight. I'm moving to Florida. Hello, iz, got a room to let?

Like I said, it isn't the snow so much as the bone numbing cold. I don't like snow much, but hate cold. It's been topping out here in the teens. It's been warmer in Anchorage, no kidding! I really can't express adequately just how much I hate cold weather. How long til Spring?

1st day of Spring is March 21st. Only 3 more months to go. I know what you mean about cold. I think it got all the way down to 50 degrees here yesterday, sheesh.

50 BALMY degrees? Yikes
Here I was...LAST NIGHT...and it was a nice warm 13 degrees while I was replacing a broken tirod end on my car.
I shall send my regards from the middle of the woods in the deep snow when I get back.

Tan, I was being California Fecetious (SP?).

Cold? Yep, and this year we're finding out how poor the house insulation is. That, or the thermostat is dying, which is also a possibility. We often wrap blankets around us just for TV, etc!
But by this weekend we should be leaving single digit temps up to the 20's! Wow, a heat wave (grin).

We're expecting about 10" of snow starting early morning. The grocery stores were jammed today with people stocking up on milk and tp, my husband told me so. I sent him to the store for a giant bag of cat food. Don't want to run out of that.
